28 day run challenge

Good afternoon.

This is my first year with EN so this question may be dumb. When during the year do most people do the 28 day run challenge. My A race is ironman Florida in November.

What 28 day run challenge are you making reference to? I am the keeper of the official EN challenges and I do not have that challenge on my calendar.

I keep reading other threads referring to a 28 day run challenge where you run 28 days consecutively.

Suspecting reference is to long term ironman improvement plan for veteran ironman athletes that Patrick posted last fall and in the wiki. Does specify timin in that document for those following that plan
