Melissa and I had a tough week last week so we decided to skip yesterday's bike and substitute it by the long run we missed on Thursday. Running feels better now than it ever has. http://www.strava.com/activities/119283517

FL 70.3 team, how is training going??
75 min on the bike this morning followed by 20 min brick run. Felt good to be able to hold my zn4 power for 8', 12', 15', after I threw the towel on Saturday trying to ride zn4 intervals. Legs just weren't feeling it that day. Recovery mode now for 2 hr run tomorrow.
