EN 2014 5-20 Challenge Results
Several TeamEN members took part in the February 5-20 challenge. This challenge was designed to strengthen their bodies with functional strength exercises completed two days a week, for a total of one month.
At the beginning of the challenge, the participants were asked to complete five reps of the following:

Inch Worm
-
Single Leg Deadlift
-
Up-Up/Down-Down Plank
-
Around The Clock Lunges
-
Single Leg Glute Bridges
The goal was to be able to complete twenty quality repetitions by the end of the month.
