vacation interference

 Finished OS INT plan this past weekend (March 8/9). This past week was my kids spring break so we flew out of town (not supposed to mention warm places to you). I was due to start Swim camp Monday 10th and thought it wouldn't be an issue as the place we were staying had 3 pools. First, I couldn't load the eSwim book to my iPhone (have since downloaded to my lap top now that I'm back home). I swam Mon/Wed/Fri but no lane lines/markers etc, bottom line not very focused sessions. I did run Tues/Thurs and then rode with my local team yesterday (80miles). My plan was to restart the swim camp  tomorrow which would set my start date for the next plan off by a week.Is this recommended or should I continue to week number 2 tomorrow of the swim camp that would keep me on schedule for my road map? your help is also appreciated

  • Robert, jump to week two. A huge part of Swim Camp is resting...and it sounds like you managed to do that pretty damn well. So we continue onwards....sorry about the swim ebook / iphone issue!!!!
