Join Coach Rich for a Ironman California 70.3 Pre-Race call. 

During this call, Coach Rich will discuss how to handle the final few days leading up to the race. In addition, Rich will walk through each leg of the course, giving you critical insights regarding conditions, terrain, pacing and much more. 

At the end of the presentation you will have the chance to submit questions -- Rich won't leave until all your questions are answered!

    I'm bumping the time to 6:30p. I'm on deck to do a webinar for Los Cabos the same evening, 5-6:30p PST.
