5x20' strides

What is a "stride"? Does this mean a longer step than normal or a quicker
cadence or both?
Additionally, I am struggling to find a proper quicker cadence. Any
Advice or technique to learn this? Or where would I find it in the EN
training stuff.
Thanks for the help.

No not longer just a quicker turn over with a goal of 90 per min. In 20 sec count and the number should be 30 steps per 1 leg.

Yes, do strides and continue on your run testing your cadence once in awhile to insure your turn over is 90ish.
