Week 20 HIM

My event, Oceanside, is on Saturday....the training schedule has 1 too many days...which workout should I take out?

  • "If your race is on Saturday, drop the Monday workout and move the rest of the week forward by one day."

    This is from the IM plan week #20. I think it should be inserted into the Half-IM plan too if it's missing there!
