Sufferfest Synchronization w/Computrainer Coaching Software
I just tried my first sufferfest video, which was hilarious. A Very Dark Place. I found an Excel file that creates the .erg file that goes along with the video. The only problem is it didn't seem to sync. I'm running windows 8 on a new machine, I started the video as instructed when the title appeared, and it was off a minute or so. Did I just start at the wrong time, or is this an issue in the .erg file? Also, what sufferfest videos do folks like? These are pretty affordable, so I plan to get a few more.
