Darren Herrling Macro Thread

Coach Rich, I have been having alot of difficulty figuring out my training fueling. I am coming out of Outseason Beginner this weekend and starting Ironman Half Begin program for Quassy in June. My A race is IMLP in July. I know that the long portion of training is going to start so I am looking for specific advise on how to create a fueling plan.
