I performed the bike test on Thursday and my average power was 200, which makes my FTP 190. Let me know your thoughts.

I performed my bike test on Thursday and my average power was 200. Seems like the calculation method within Training Peaks is different than the EN Power calculator results. What method is the EN Power calculator based on? Coggan, CTS, or Dura Training
Looking at your ride files it seems your FTP is off. No way you rode .82 for 7 hours to earn 460 TSS points and not die on Friday. Your Saturday ride seems more human.....note on friday how your HR dropped over the end..clearly some excess fatigue given the special conditions / stops on the day.
Curious to hear if you made any changes to your nutrition or approach on the Saturday ride!
Sorry for the delayed response.
The main difference was in the rate of liquid(Infinity) intake. My plan was 24 oz an hour, which didn't happen on the first part of the ride on Friday. Whereas on Saturday I was more on track. Otherwise, no other changes that I can remember.
Planning to do the sweat test this weekend.
I sent my final payment through the bank, you should have received it on 3/31. Just wanted to make sure you got it.
