OutSeason Redirect

Coach Rich,

I'm currently in week 13 of the 14 week Advanced OutSeason plan. I'm about 2 weeks behind due to a 1/2 marathon I ran this past weekend 3/30/14. I sent you the survey today. I'm feeling just OK with my ability to "hit the numbers" during the OS.  Based on what you see there my question is do I plow ahead with current plan or back up to complete entire OS plan?  Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Thanks Rich! Quick question, Noticed you took out the Swim Camp. I havent seen the plan yet but I assume the GF plan includes swimming?

  • Yes, GF includes swimming. That said, do this instead:

    * On 4/21 load up the Swim Camp plan to end on 5/4
    * So for the week of 4/21 you'll do Wk1 of the SC plan
    * The on 4/28 load up the GF plan per the screenshot

    ^This^ gives you one week of swim drills before you start the GF plan.
