Hi Patrick - this may be a stupid question - is it correct to assume I cannot download plan until becoming a full member? Thanks, Linc

    That's correct. The ability to move/change a training plan in your training plan account is only available to full members. You can either wait for your trial to expire or you can follow the Join Now process, which lives under the Support tab at the top of the site.

    Coach Thx. Have ms150 this weekend and will keep up my previous plan through May 4. Also have a week of international travel at end of April then jump in to season plan. Linc

    Hi Rich - Just downloaded HIM Beginner for 2Nov Oilman HIM. First time moving from Olympic into the HIM volume. Moving up 10hrs to 13.5hrs per week.

    Thurs/Sat/Sun seem to be long days. Sunday probably being the hardest to fit in 3+hrs with morning and evening church activities.

    Appreciate any thoughts on how I can adapt?
