Birthday Challenge

Did the birthday challenge to have a nice long workout day. I split the swim into Fri. and Sat., 5600 yds. would be a long pool session. Swam 2000 on Fri. and 3600 on Sat.Then went to a local state park where I frequently ride. A lot of other people were at the park, so it slowed things down. But that was ok because I really wanted to focus on bike nutrician. Got the 56 miles done taking in 375 cals and 475 mg of sodium per hr. A little light on the sodium, but it was only 60 degrees out. Starting the run felt pretty bad, but the farther I went, the better I felt to where I ran the second half at Zn 3 pace. The run time was 6mi. @ 57:04, which is really good for me, and I attribute it to what I've learned about nutrician from EN. All in all, a good day for someone 56 years young.
