OS Workouts

WSM's:

I always seem to struggle during the first set of whatever I do so I rearranged the OS workout on 3/29 wanted to get some thoughts, z4 is 248-261

Practice 2 x 20' 4' 1 x 10 4', I switched to 1 x 10 4', 2 x 20 4'

10' - 254, 20' - 258', 20' -259

For comparison 3/15 numbers - not exactly the same workout I know

20' - 249, 20' - 258, 8' - 265

This is a sample size of ONE, is there any material difference or just do the practices as is instead of flipping around?

  • Any wko I do - swim, bike, run, ski, whatever - my first interval is always the slowest/weakest/hardest, and the last is the fastest, feels the best (endorphins maxed?) the less warm up I do, the more pronounced the effect.

    My body and mind are so geared to this pattern of pacing, I dont have to think about it, it just happens. I think its a feature, not a bug. Go with it.
