April Break how to work in my training?

We have decided to take the kids to Florida for our April break, Thurs Apr 17- Friday Apr 25th
I will be ending my last week of GF plan and starting my first week of Quassy HIM training.
I just did a bike TT so I am good not re-doing it as I do not have power at home to get a new reading(did my TT at FastSplits, where I increased from 181-191FTP! another nice jump in power!)
We will be driving. We plan on driving non stop to FL and two days coming home. During our vacation we will take two days to visit Disney/ Universal the other days will be low key or beach.
As we are driving and have the room, I can bring my bike and trainer. As well there is a YMCA in the area that I can drop in to do some training.
Thanks in advance to your advise on how to approach my training during our family vacation!

No bike please, I'd like you to run every day, minimum of 30 minutes on big park days / travel days. Ideally you get in 2 longer runs in the 60 to 75' time frame. I can't tell if you will be home on Friday or you leave that Friday to come home. IF home you can get in at least one of the scheduled weekend rides (so the Sat ride if possible), if not both...
No point in being on the TT bike you deserve a short break...and by break I mean walking Disney in April heat for 5 hours...

I am so so sorry for mixing up you and coach Rich! I'm a newbie :-) Thanks for the training adjustment for my holiday! We are returning on Friday April 25th, so I will be able to get in that weekend of training- yay!
