Change of plans needed

Coach Rich,

I had you change my plan so that I could fit in a half iron in early may, but two weeks ago I crashed on my bike, and had to take a solid week off, then only ran since. I rode my bike once. My aero position is ok on the right but my left side looks like I am trying to do yoga. Also, swimming was out until yesterday, but all I did was kick. This week called for a half iron RR, and I know I cannot do it. So...I am abandoning the half. My A race is still Chatt IM, and I plan on coming to camp (already signed up and have my hotel reservations!) I may do the Chatt Oly in late June. Can you rewrite my plan again? I need pool time as I am so lousy in the pool. Thanks,
