Hi Coach Patrick!
I'm on week 16 of IMTX and this Sunday I'm scheduled for a 135 min run. However, I'm gonna have to move that to Mon on wk 17.
On week 17 there's a scheduled 150 min run for Thurs, which I would have to move to Wed because I do my long rides on Thurs and Friday. If I were to do that, that means I would only have 1 day in between those 2 long runs. How should I modify that?
