wetsuit, QR or BlueSeventy??
I'm looking to buy a new wetsuit this year, need one that will make me fast in the water, of course...
Anyone have any recommendations on either of these 2 suits?
QR super full wetsuit.. What is the Virtual Pull Buoy system?

Todd - I've raced in both suits, having the QR before buying the B70 Helix last year. I would really focus on fit if you have a chance to try them out. Personally, I was having a lot of problems with the width of the wrists on the QR and was using rubber bands to keep the water out on my reach - was getting a chest full of water every time. I was able to try out the B70 at a race and it fit perfectly, so I replaced the QR last year. Both suits were sized correctly too. So depends on fit, but I love my Helix.

Fit is really the key. I had an older QR that just didn't fit quite right and caused chaffing on my neck and armpits. I ended up with a B70 Helix after trying on just about every brand out there in multiple sizes. It simply fit me the best- so yeah, I like it!
PS- One comment I will make is that while I do like the "Zip down from the top" thing for racing (cause ya just don't have to worry about the suit unzipping or getting tangled in the pull cord)- it is a bit of a PITA to put on and I usually have to find someone to help me. Of course, I could work on my shoulder flexibility to resolve that but the ROI of sitting around doing shoulder stretches so I can zip up my own suit just doesn't seem to pan out!
thanks for the comments, i am attracted to the pull down zipper, i had someone pull down my zipper at an ironman race, kept wondering why things felt so odd, lots of chafing going on in the shoulders, got out of the water and i could've kicked myself. I then learned why some people put the zipper under the neck flap.. oops..
