Questions re HIM Intermediate Plan

I'm starting up the HIM Intermediate plan next week at week 11 (per Rich's season plan). Looking ahead, I see that week 12 is a testing week but the Tuesday schedule has me scratching my head.
First is the Bike test at 40' plus WU and CD, so does the 75' total workout time mean anything?
Second is another 70' bike workout, with an optional brick run (20') -- is that right?
Haven't seen a week day packed like this coming off of the Jan OS and Get Faster plans so wanted to make sure I'm reading the plan correctly. Thanks!

  • Gerry - as always, the workout time is our estimation of how much time you should block out to complete the work out safely not mess up any scheduling etc.

    The second workout is for people who are either not testing or are not power athletes. So if you are a power athlete you do the first ride, if you are not or do not need to test that you can complete the second right. But you do not, under any circumstances, need to do both! :)
