Nicely done, Fred. Those #@*% valve extenders always stressed me out so glad to hear it worked out. Sorry I missed you on the course. Let's plan a ride in April as you head into Wildflower.
Great day of racing for you! It sounds like you handled that initial stress with the tire & valve extender issue calmly but swiftly, and most importantly didn't let it mess with your head for the rest of the race. That's a good example for the rest of us....I mean me. Congratulations! I hope you've got a few days off planned to celebrate and spend time with your little Liya!
Great job Fred! Especially keeping a cool head with the flat at the beginning of the day and not letting that psyc you out. Looking forward to seeing how well you do at Wildflower- this is just a taste of things to come!!
Fred, you are amazing. You quietly get the work done--all with that travel schedule of yours--then always lay it down on race day! That is a great read. Congrats on another PR!
Fred, I haven't seen head or tails of you since I switched from the Oct group to the IMSG group. Congratulations! I was there running the course a few weeks ago while on vacation soaking the good rays. Dude, 8 minutes is a huge chunk of time. It will be interesting to see what Wildflower brings for you.

Knocking on the door of that goal. Very cool seeing you do so well with the pressure of the tire issue. Good luck at WF.

Fred, nice work and a nice PR! Great job considering it's a B race!

Fred,
Nice race considering the issues at the start. Keep it going for Wildflower.

Fred has invited me on a nice little 4-5hr climb tomorrow so he must be recovered...we'll see
