HIM wk 14 modification

 I have to go out of town for a couple days this week, and will not be able to workout at all on Wed. However, I have some time/ flexibility Tues. morning, any suggestions?

  • Mark - I say just keep it. You got a good run on Tuesday and a nice long run on Thursday. That's all followed by a solid ride on Saturday and Sunday which I really want you to do well at. Use Wednesday to rest and recover. Nothing bonus for you on Tuesday whatsoever -- rest on Wednesday and who knows, you might be a few seconds per mile faster on Thursday. :-)
