I am updating my zones using the EN calculators for the 2nd time....I cam across Test HR box and went blank....what is the definition of "Test HR" ?  I looked in the forums and wiki and did not find this definition....Please advise.

    Derek Scherer happy to help. This is technically not a micro question related to your training, so in general I'd ask you to post that to the general forums so the team can help you. :)

    That said, some people test with power some people test of pace and some people use heart rate. So if you were a heart rate you would then use that box.
