Better to learn the nutrition lesson now than in the IM! Sounds like a great race otherwise!

Good job on finishing. Nutrition will make or break you for sure. Don't neglect it even when you think you are feeling good.

Great job! It's a good thing to figure out what not to do in a 70.3 than a full for nutrition
