Foot arch issue

I have been dealing with an issue with my foot. Last Sunday I ran a half marathon, it went fine with no major issues. My right hamstring felt tight, I may have strained it slightly doing my FTP test on Wednesday. But it seemed ok and never got worse during the race.
Fast forward to my Tuesday run and the arch in my left foot felt very tight. I did an easy 3-4 miles. But it did not feel good and seemed to get worse as the run went on. Thursday was my long run and at about seven miles I abandoned and walked a mile home. My 100min run became 60 min. My foot became very sore as the run progressed. The pain occurs as I bend my big toe from mode-stride to toe off. It is like someone sticking a needle in.
Since then it also hurts to walk and even biked. I have been resting it, using the roller and self massaging the arch of the foot and my calves.
I don't think is is PF given how quickly it came on. I probably needed to not run last week after my HM.
Any advice on treatment and what to do regarding my training plan (9 weeks out from HIM A Race) would be much appreciated.
