Missing a Workout
Hi Coach, When life gets in the way and the work out just gets missed, should I double up the next day or just let it go and move on to then next workout. Thanks!

Forget it and move on, we don't make up missed homework around here. That said, the long run, and doing your best to maintain the frequency of the runs (# runs per week) is very important so it "may" sometimes be good to move stuff around so you can maintain your long run for the week first, the total number of runs second.
