Hope you had a great Easter weekend ( :

Couple questions for you:

I am currently on week 12 of the half ironman intermediate plan. It has me testing in all 3 disciplines this week. Since I am a new member I just did these tests 3 weeks ago. Should I be retesting so soon? Do I skip to week 13 of the plan or redo week 11? What do you think?

I forgot when I made my race plan survey to put in a half marathon in - it's at the end of May. Nearly 1 month before the half ironman in tremblant. Do I just take out the regular Thursday long run and race the half on the Sunday ? Or would you like me to upload a new race planning survey that includes this half marathon?

Just look at head in the plan and do the Wk13 interval workouts in place of those tests in Wk12.
