Rev OA plan

Rich,

I decided to not do the  Ottawa marathon and probably downgrade to half marathon. My overall plan should then be modified and a new plan should be loaded I guess? I am just wondering what plan to load since  I am still doing 70.3 in Tremblant in June as well as  the full in August. I just came back from a 10 days bike trip in Tucson and can now ride outside here in Quebec.

A quick answer would be greatly appreciated appreciated.
