patti's power testing
my wheel is in the shop. I have power meter on my road bike. should I do test using that? I figure I will put this off till next week anyway but wheel won't be back for tri bike till Friday next week I was going to just do a workout on the spin bike at the gym today.
Also, congrats on Boston!
I had several friends return this year who got stopped last year at Boylston street. Everyone had tears in their eyes and were so proud to be able to return to support the city, the running community and to finish what had so sadly been interrupted. You may have seen some of these folks wearing the B-Austin shirts. Godbless Boston! I hope your race was a good one!

I'm not wait about you testing, unless you think your numbers of significantly changed. You can do the alternate workout in place of that test. It should be listed in your plan. Feel free to ride your road bike right now and to play with the power numbers, just not test on it.
Yes, Boston is awesome!
this is the blurb on my friend Bob and others in my running group. Very emotional. Bob and I turned 60 at the same time so we are always challenging each other.... Last year we didn't hear from him for a long time as he lost his cell phone before starting the race. Our Boston times are about the same, 4 hours.
Just had to share
