Hi Coach Rich- 

Stupid question that i'm almost embarrassed to ask... but where do you post/send our season road maps?  I was busy in the Jan OS plan and didn't spend much time thinking about my next transition until it was here all of a sudden and i couldn't figure out what i was supposed to do next.  I've checked old emails, forum threads, etc and am coming up with nothing.  Do you have that original road map saved somewhere that you could send again?  Thanks!!

    Need some guidance on restructuring my season road map.  My original plan was to do a 70.3 at the end of July, but for a handful of reasons that i won't bore you with, i'm thinking that is going to be reduced to an Olympic distance event, with plans to still complete my A-priority 70.3 race in early October.  I understand the need to load the 70.3 plan to end in October, but what do you suggest i load and work on in the meantime?  Thanks a bunch-
