Hi Guys-
I'm on the road next week (IHIM week 15) can run on Tuesday, not swim. Is it cool to mix up Tue & Wed training - extend Tuesday run from 60 min to 100, drop swim. Wed - add the Tue swim, drop run & do Wed bike? 2 day net is +10 minutes running so I can do out & back from SFO hotel to Candlestick park.
