No Rest Intervals listed

Hey Coach,

Today was a run day - 60' of 3x400 then 2x1200 all at Zone 5 with remainder at Z3

There are no rest intervals listed .... do I just jog for 2' until the next interval? is the RI to complete recovery (i.e., walk)?

  • This was the 20 week short course beginner plan

    Week 17 Sunday  (actually I noted it was a 60 minute run, but it was actually a 75 minute run - my bad)

  • Ok, there should be recoveries listed in that workout. Recommend you walk/jog for about 2' between each, at whatever effort allows you to repeat the next interval.
