Hey Guys,

I need to switch up my running days to Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and of coarse on the weekends.  Let me know how i should plug in the bike and swim.Thanks,

    Training plan for IMLP, intermediate, starting week nine on Monday. 

  • You can do the interval run on Monday, but the scheduled swim. Tuesday then as a swim only day, maybe even extend the mileage a little bit. You run off the bike on Wednesday, then the long run on Thursday. You definitely want to run on Saturday, but I wouldn't run on Sunday given what you will be doing on Monday. Let me know how it goes.
