Hey Coach,
Wow, this season is so different than last year. My AAA race last year was IMLP, my very first full IM. Quassy was a good tune up for that and EN's LP Camp was great. Despite crashing on the bike IMLP was amazing. Overall the season went well, I hit all my races and had a great experience
This year it is all over the place. I started the Jan OS with a herniated disc and couldn't run for 2 1/2 months. The 2 HIM I put on my season schedule to you both got cancelled. That was Woodstock 70.3 on 5/31 and Rev3 Morgantown on 8/2. My AAA race was IM Chat on 9/24 but I transferred to IM Maryland on 9/20. Running is coming back and just did the Long Branch HM with no ill effects. You currently have me at week 17 in the Intermediate HIM plan.
So what do I do with my training schedule now? Here is what I was thinking for a new race calendar:
6/15 - Rev3 Williamsburg 70.3
7/26 - Asbury Park Born to Tri Sprint Distance
8/ 31 The Great Six Flags Triathlon (Oly Distance ?? not sure about this)
9/20 - IM Maryland
Thanks Rich

you won't be able to do the Born to Run Sprint because we will be in Lake Placid celebrating Pam and my birthdays:-)
oops, you are right Carol - Scratch Born to Tri
Rev3 and IMMD work. I'd prefer you not race that Olympic because that's a prime Ironman specific training weekend opportunity, that close to Maryland. When you do decide on a race calendar, please take the Season Planning Survey under the Training tab and I"ll plan it out for you. Thanks!
Hi Coach,
Submitted a new season planning survey last week. Let me know if I missed the email.
Thanks
