Gets Faster to IM plan micro

Coach,

I am currently in week 7 of the Get Faster plan. After week 8, I will be transitioning into IM intermediate plan ( it will be week 11 of the plan). Week 8 of GF has us testing, and again in week 12 of IM plan. Should we test at end of GF and then repeat week 11 in the IM plan during week 12 so were not testing twice in 2 weeks?

  • Jan - I am 99.9% sure that there is a page in the wiki that explains exactly what to do as a testing week at the start of your plan but you don't need to test. you can find it under resources/wiki/self coaching and then search that page for "test week."
