Modification to this weeks plan
Hello Coach P! Week 18 of the advanced HIM plan. On Sunday's run (post 2.5' ride), I twisted my ankle and although I can walk on it it is painful to run on. I've been icing and resting as much as possible, hoping I can heal it faster this way. Yesterday's workout called for a 60' run with 2-3x1mile repeats, I opted to extend the 80' ride to 2hrs instead. Swim today. I have a 90' run on deck tomorrow and although the ankle is starting to feel less painful, I'm wondering if I should bike instead just to make sure I've given it enough healing time. My 56mile RR ride and 60' run this Sat is important and I want to make sure I'm 100% (or at least 90%) before I get out there. Your thoughts?
