Inserting Race in IM Training Plan

Rob:

You've mentioned a wiki link to aid me in adjusting my IM training schedule for two races I'm doing before IM Louisville.  A Rev3 HIM in Williamsburg, VA, June 15, and an Olympic distance on July 12. What is the name of the link?

Thanks, Kay

Sorry about that, here you go, the Self Coaching Guide

  • Thanks RICH (not sure where "Rob" came from - sorry about that RICH).  Good info.
  • Rob is my stage name...
  • aha....you dancing at the Clermont Lounge again? I hear they are rehabbing the place (a Ponce de Leon icon as I'm sure you recall from your Emory days).
  • Rich:
There is an IronMan video on uTube that features an EN athlete quite prominently at a finish (not sure which race). It has a really motivating song attached to the video by The Script. It has become my mantra/theme for training. How would I load it for other EN athletes to see/use/enjoy - i.e., what forum? It's called "Anything is Possible" if you want to check it out. The video is inspiring and I've purchased the song for my iTunes account.

    Have a great weekend, K

I have a Clermont Lounge story from back in the day.  That place was like the bar scene from Star Wars!

I have no idea which one is the right one. I'm still old school - my nieces have to show me how to do anything in the realm of social media. Hopefully one of those will work.
