Michael Johnson Post IMTX>IMLOU Plan

Swim: 1:00>Bike 5;50>Run 5:50 (has 2 major blisters that slowed me alot) First 14 miles or so was doing about 11:00 m/m
Because of that I'm really not totally wrecked.
So I have IMLOU next. I have changed to Post Ironman plan for the first week.
what is my plan for now to IMLOU?
