week 19 adv HIM plan

Hello Coach P,

Week 19 adv HIM plan on tuesday contains 45' run with 1-2x1mile, 60' bike with 3x6' at FTP AND a 30' run z4 out and z2 back.  Is that correct?  run, bike, run with Z4 in all sessions?  thanks

  • I'm on the same plan.  I know that can't be right but which workout will be the most productive at this point is the question.
  • I'm thinking one of the runs moves out to wed?  I'm sure couch will give us guidance.  

  • I too am on the same plan and was wondering if the run bike run Tuesday workout is correct. Hoping the coaches give us feedback soon, my plan is to workout in the morning.
  • Team, I made these edits for you last week so you should be all set. Now there is a bike/ run and then a swim on Wednesday. There's only one run on Tuesday. This is by design. If the Wednesday as planed doesn't work for you you can move the swim to Tuesday and doing along with that run.
