quarq riken help
I have a quarq riken and have been very happy with it. However, I changed the battery last night and now my power levels are crazy low like in the 20's and 30's even though I feel like I'm going hard. I did a manual zero procedure according to the manual and it said the calibration was successful, but I'm still getting really low power levels. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

I had an issue with my Riken, not the exact same similar enough. One thing Quarq suggest I try is shorting out the battery contacts for a couple of seconds with the side of the battery. Attached is a diagram showing how this is done. The battery contacts only need to be shorted for a couple of seconds. If this does not work then I would contact them. In the end I had to send them my unit. I got it back less than a week later. Great service.
