Ironman plan

Hey Rich!

In my screencast you told me to upload the ironman plan on May 26th. I was taking a sneak peak at them (want to know what i am getting into here) and I noticed there are differnet levels. you didn't specify which level I should be uploading come monday. 

please let me know what your thoughts are ( :
