Stephanie's Macro Thread
I am battling a nasty bacterial infection . It compromised Sunday's long bike. (I only rode two hours ) and this week I missed the Tuesday workout for my IM beginner week 8 with 20 remaining. I have a half IM scheduled for the second weekend in June. My bike and swim are where they should be but due to an I T band issue the past two months My long runs have not exceeded 6 miles. My I T band seems like it's getting better. My question: thoughts on missed workouts and scheduled half.,, should I reconsider doing the half?

I can run 10 without a problem, albeit slow pace. My long runs were consistently 10 plus throughout the OS until about a month ago. Things deem to be on the mend now so I will play it by ear and gradually build up my base again. Thanks again
