Sprained hand
I sprained my hand Sunday. Still dealing with swelling, unable to make a fist or put weight thru it. My first HIM is June 8th and I just did my first run since injury. Did ok with a little modifying. I'm figuring I will do ok on the bike also. I'm a little freaked out about the swim.
I'm an ok swimmer, figuring 45-55 min for my swim. I was thinking I may need to swim with my hand in a fist, but I can't make one. (My middle finger can't fully flex.) Any thoughts/suggestions to make me not so freaked out?
