Bike: WU: 10-15', then 3 x 1' (1') @ Zone4/Hard, to open up your legs. MS: 2 x 15' (4') @ 95-100%/Zone4/Hard. CD: 5-10' @ 65-70%/Zone1/Easy
Run: MS: 8-10 x 20" Strides, then remainder @ MP/Zone2/Steady.

Did you mean to say "interpret" vs interrupt?
Please go to your Training Plan Page and in the right sidebar click on Quick Start Guide. That should explain for you our abbreviations, terms, etc. Good luck!
