Yasko's Macro question

Hi Coach R. I am in Int IM plan week 12 for IMC. Signed up to do HIM Victoria on week 14.7. How should I be modifying week 15 of IM camp week? My initial thought is to take Mon off, Tue light swim or off, wed easy bike, thur run 135 min, Fri full 4200 yds swim, Sat 112 miles & 1hr or a shorter run and sun off. I prob should have not signed up for the half if I really read the training plan. :( please let me know your thought.

    Sorry, not tracking. Is the HIM the weekend before the RR/camp week schedule for week 15?

  • Yes. Sunday 6/15 is the HIM, and camp week starts on 6/16 (week 15)

    ...is fine. You're just doing the week as an RR#1 week vs a camp week, which is perfectly fine, the way we've done it for years
