First race of 2014
Hi Patrick-
I have my first race on Sunday. It's an olympic distance here in MN. I did a 80 ride yesterday (Monday) and a 55 minute run today (Tuesday). I'm planning on swimming tomorrow and Friday. How else should I tweak my workouts before I race?

Kyle, what's up man!?!!? Let's have you do the RDP right now until we feel comfortable with your baseline. Then you can bounce to the INT OS Plan before a quick move to the Half (best option for Alcatraz). We exit that with a break before entering the FULL plan!!!
