Mid week long run ?
Hey Coach Rich,
Starting IM plan for IMWI. Will be 5th IM. It works better for me this summer to do the long run on Wednesdays (instead of Thursday). If I do the long run on Wed, how should I change the day after and/or before? Figure I can keep Fri-Sunday as is noted in the plan. Thanks, VK

Can you Tues? I've found that Tues is better than Wed for the long run. Let me know if Tues is possible vs Wed.
Ok, then recommend you do:
What I'm trying to do ^here^ is give your legs a break after the long run, and create maximum separation between your long run and interval run.
