Where to start in on a plan change?

CR, Been through my OS and coming off my BF per plan (no swimming yet) now getting ready to switch over to the prescribed IM 20wk (ending with IMWIS) on 6/2. Popped it up to see what's coming up and it jumps me in on wk 6 of the plan. Haven't been in the water yet nor have I been doing bricks so a bit concerned with sudden increase in both. Do I hack the plan by extending the end date? Or do you intend for me to start in on wk 6 and get up to speed?

    Hey Joe:

    • Load up the Swim Camp plan, setting it to end in 2wks = you'll be able to see wks 1 and 2 of the SC plan. Print out those workouts, watch the videos, etc.
    • Then load up the IM plan to end on IMWI, but do the SC workouts ^above^ in place of the scheduled swims in the IM plan, for the first 2wks. 
    • Then carry on with the plan as written.

    I think you'll be fine going from the BF plan to the IM plan. You're starting at 14wks out whereas I have most people start the IM plan at 12wks out. You're good!
