I came across some great info you shared on the site about daily nutrition. I was looking for that page and cannot seem to find it anywhere? You were basically discussing WHAT you ate on a daily basis. I need to start eating better and was going to use this as a guide.
Thanks for you help. I also placed 2nd in my AG at one of the larger local tris (750 athletes) we have on the coast. Big improvement from last year and I've only started training with EN!!

This weekend will be my first scheduled BIG DAY. I work every other weekend(12 hours) so I was just planning to switch this BIG DAY weekend with next weekend's WO's and do the BIG DAY when I am off.
I am planning on doing this for the tri camp weekend as well. I will probably swap the 2 entire training weeks so that I include the rest days prior to the "tri camp" and so that the tri camp lands on my weekend off.
Just wanted to keep my coaches in the loop and see if you had any thoughts on this.

I will actually be moving CAMP WEEK away from my race rather than closer. I am on week 13 and I plan moving weeks 14 and 15 around so my CAMP will not be closer to my race.
I will start week 15 this coming Monday so I wanted to let you know and see if you had any other thoughts since the CAMP is not actually closer. Just go as planned with the week swap? any different changes to week 14 (after the CAMP) for recovery?

Haha I guess I am thinking of camp week as being the title of a wo. Like the big day wo I had before. Certainly meant no disrespect. I am loving my training so far. I mean its work, but training with EN has given me a huge boost in confidence and I have become faster too. EN's approach makes sense to me and I hope to be a member for some time.
At first, I was confused with the scheduling too...
