More liquid needed?
Today I did my scheduled bike/run WO (beginner) and felt great, but even after drinking 1 1/2 bottles of Perform (1 hour bike ride) and my Fuel belt size bottle on the run (30 min), I still don't feel the need to pee.
It was hot, but it was after 6:30 PM when I started so, not full sun like it will be on race day. Should I consider MORE liquid while on the bike? I'm 165 lbs, but only 5', not small only vertically challenged. I expect to be on the bike 4-4 1/2 hours.
Race (Eagleman) is Sunday with temps expected around 84' as of today.

Have you done a sweat test yet? -- Complete a Sweat Trial
This is pretty good method to figure out what you need, and it doesn't have to be precise, just a good estimate to get you in the ballpark.
Factors that always influence how much you might need adjust: how hard your working, how hot it is, how humid it is. Sounds like you rehearsed in similar conditions. Normally, I rarely need to GO after just an hour on the bike, but somedays I do if its cool and I'm drinking like a fish. Usually, you should aim for at least once on the HIM ride, so I would guess you would feel the urge @ 1.5 bottles per hour if you rode longer. My experience ( and everyone is different) is that its hard to overdo something like perform, worst case is that you'll have to pee more, but its not likely to give you stomach problems, so if you are really worried about it, aim for 2 an hour initially, and see how it goes.
x 2 Rian....agree completely. Do a sweat test if you haven't. They aren't perfect, and you have to adjust based on race day temps, but at least gets you a number for starters. I drank 40+oz/hr at IMTX, and peed 4 times (first one was probably pre-race fluids, as it happened pretty early). I had no GI problems, despite probably drinking "too much". If you can pee on the bike, it doesn't slow you down much to coast for 30 secs down a hill to relieve yourself. Certainly better too much than not enough. Burping a lot = that's enough for now for me!
