water jogging/running
I may need to consider water jogging/running for a few weeks. Where is the info on that - rumor has it it's somewhere on one of the forums here but I've not been successful searching for it....help?

Do it!
"Stamping grapes" is a quick description on how to do it.
Wear flotation belt. Make sure feet not touching bottom.
Otherwise do the run workouts as written. Use time and perceived exertion.
Can keep great run fitness with this.
Coach P. has a " deep water running plan" in the wiki. It is quite helpful. Hope you feel better soon.
